Anhad Law has a diverse workforce of lawyers and paralegals from various practices and different geographical locations. We are committed to promoting diversity not only within the Firm but also look for diversity in the external service providers such as affiliate lawyers, practicing company secretaries and chartered accountants, etc. This has enabled us to better understand our clients and have a more effective engagement with them.

 

We are a team of experienced lawyers where women representation has increased from 20% in the first year to about 35% including in senior roles and has continued as such. We continue to make consistent and conscious efforts to increase the women participation in legal and / or support functions.

 

At Anhad Law we believe that diversity brings about unique perspectives and believe that growth of each individual irrespective of their gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, socio-economic status, religion, residence, etc., contributes to the growth of the Firm.
