Our lawyers have an excellent correspondent relations with international law firms; therefore, we work with such law firms in advising clients on matters that involve foreign anti-corruption laws such as the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act,1977 and the UK Bribery Act, 2010.

We advise on anti-corruption related matters, ethics policies and good governance including drafting company policies and codes of conduct, review existing policies involving anti-bribery and anti-corruption. We also advise and extend legal support to businesses in matters of internal investigations, fraud and compliance. We also undertake due-diligence to ascertain risks in commercial transactions.

Our lawyers advise and assist Clients on preventive and prosecution aspects including in criminal proceedings.

We have a dedicated team of experienced lawyers who deal with specialized spheres of criminal law practice, providing both advisory services and litigation support, and having notable experience in ‘White-Collar Crimes’ practice’.
