Members of Firm’s Intellectual Property (IP) practice are experienced to deliver advisory and transactional support to business of our Clients, on routine as well as contentious IP matters, particularly dealing with trademarks, copyrights, patents and designs.



We regularly advise our Clients on IP related issues that are part of local and cross-border business transactions involving assignments, licensing, franchising, merchandising, content acquisition, distribution, technology transfers, outsourcing arrangements, etc. Our support in such matters in addition to advisory includes support in terms of preparation, negotiations and closing of transactional documents and agreements/contracts.

We also deliver litigation and prosecution support to our Clients on disputes involving IP ownership, infringement, etc., and regularly represent our Clients before various authorities, tribunals and Courts, etc., till the appellate stage.
